This White Opalite Circular Stainless Steel Horseshoe Barbell is made with high-quality 316L stainless steel and synthetic white opal gems. The barbell is available in 16G and 14G sizes, and comes with 3mm and 4mm ball sizes. "The first one I purchased broke within a week of wearing. The screw detatched from the ball. Thankfully, customer service is great and quickly replaced this. However, after a week or wearing the replacement, this one also broke and one of the balls just keeps screwing without getting anywhere. While this piece is cute, please be aware it is very fragile. For reference, I was using this as a septum ring."
