"I will lead by saying that this was one of my favorite septum’s ever purchased via this store. I have gone through two and unfortunately the ball screws end up falling off on it’s own for some reason. I noticed that it seems to be a little differently designed than regular barbel septum’s but it’s simply not secure. Unfortunate because it’s beautiful!"
