"Unfortunately I didn't even make it out of the bathroom a few steps from the mirror after putting it in when I felt something hit my foot and saw something sparkling on the floor, one of the rectangle crystals had already fallen out. The gems appear to be glued in rather than using the prongs settings. I might be able to glue it back in but just wonder if the rest of the gems will do the same somewhere I'm not going to be lucky enough to find them again."
