"The piece looks gorgeous and sits nicely for a conch piercing. However, the gems in the piece I have are loosely secured and make a "rattling" noice when it is touched or tapped. I do have some concerns for the longevity of the piece I was sent. I have another small piece with a gem in my helix, and this gem is nicely secured. No shifting of any kind. We will see!"
