Perfect for my Septum!
"I've never been able to wear anything other than clickers in my septum because the threaded ends feel absolutely impossible to get in while I'm looking in a mirror. This barbell in combination with the threadless ball ends is absolutely perfect if you want to be able to put the ring in yourself! I've been wearing this one for the last month and I've had no issues with the threadless ends coming out, which was my only real concern."
