"This jewelry is gorgeous but the spikes unscrew constantly. It is a battle to tighten them every hour or so, just a head's up. I did shower with this jewelry in and nothing fell out, but they did become loose. I haven't slept with it in yet but am expecting the spikes to fall out while I sleep honestly. Just be cautious about wearing this to bed or in the shower, otherwise wearing it during the day shouldn't be that much of an issue."
