Great customer service, poor quality item
"I want to start this review by praising UBJ's customer service, who were fast, friendly, and supremely accommodating when I asked to replace the first one of these septum clickers that I received. Unfortunately, these clickers don't seem to be well made - after just a couple of weeks of normal wear, the opalite inlay cracked into pieces, several of which fell completely out of the ring. Getting a replacement was a breeze - UBJ asked for a photo of the defective product, offered me a choice between refund and replacement, and got the replacement to me quickly without any need for me to send the first one back Unfortunately, the second ring performed exactly as the first one had, so while I have only kind things to say about UBJ's customer service, I really can't recommend this particular clicker."
