"Quality of the product is good and the color matches the photos. Processing time seems to be a little slower but they may be just super busy. The four star is not related to the service of the company. It's related to the earrings themselves. . I do wish they were designed a little differently because they tend to fall out of the ears easily. And I've tried putting plug rubber bands on them but unfortunately that doesn't help. . it would be nice if they had some other design to help them stay in place."
