"I have this in both the screw version and the bone version. I highly recommend the screw. The bone has a tendency to rotate and comes out very easily, but the screw holds the heart in its correct orientation and is very secure. The gem is nice and sparkly and the prong setting doesn't catch on things. It's easy to clean with a polishing cloth or soft brush."

My only critique of the jewelry is that because the jewel is so small, it's hard to tell that it is in the shape of a heart. So, if you are looking for a specific look for your nose jewelry and that specific look is a heart, I would not recommend this product."
