"While this jewelry is adorable and fits comfortably in the nose, a problem I kept experiencing from the moment I put it in is that the balls are super loose and keep unscrewing, even without me touching them. There were multiple times when I woke up or got out of the shower to find a ball missing or falling into my palm while barely wiping my face with a towel. When I try to screw them back in, they do not seem to get any tighter and continue to spin in their slots. I received two other good quality pieces from UBJ, including another barbell, so I would assume this issue is unique to this piece."
