"After a bridge piercing is healed you can downsize it to as small as a 18g if you wanted. That depends on the individual and the style they'd prefer. However for the initial piercing should ideally start with a 14g or 16g, but can be done with a 18g. Everyone works differently. No one is misleading anyone about anything by calling these "Bridge Piercing" :)"
"I thought this was super cute but upon receiving it, comparing it to current piercings, and talking with my piercer as well as some deep research, bridge piercings can’t be a smaller gauge than a 14g. I think it’s a little negligent to be selling a piercing marketed towards bridge piercings at a size not made for the piercing. I’ll admit it’s my fault for not checking before buying it but calling this a bridge piercing feels careless and misleading."
