Great customer service from start to finish

"I purchased two pairs of 3/4” wood plugs, and after I paid for them I realized the shipping was a bit pricey for me at no fault to UBJ as they were shipping from west coast USA to Canada. I inquired about a discount but I had already purchased late at night. UBJ responded first thing the next day and granted me a discount code for my next purchase and also included two discount code cards in my package. They also added in a sizing chart and a sweet logo sticker. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and now for the point to the review; THE PLUGS ARE AMAZING. Custom crafted, perfectly sized and unique creative design. 100 recommend as I’ve bought plugs from Kant places and UBJ is my personal favourite. Shipping from California to Mid East Canada was only 7 business days too!"
