This barbell has a triple synthetic white opal gem design, each gem is bezel set, 2mm, and removable with an internally threaded design. Personalize this barbell by replacing the gems with your own internally threaded tops! The balls on each end are also internally threaded and measure 4mm. Sold individually.

"This is gorgeous and has held up well, my main complaint is the internal threading isn’t standard size for a 14g, so no other jewelry ends fit. It was a bit frustrating since I hate the ends on these, so tacky and oversized. Now I’ve wasted all this money on jewelry I won’t continue to wear."
