Used for labret

"I use the 18G (3/8" - 10mm) (3mm ball) as a labret barbell and I love it. It is tight so it doesn't move around, but not uncomfortable. 16G would fit too, and if you have fuller lips get 12mm."

Hi can you please tell me which size to by? I want the septum gold barbell but I want the balls to not be too big or the ring to hang too low?: I would check with your piercer, as everyones face and piercing placement is different :)
