- Hey Lucy! It means the biggest part of the hoop is 1/2' so you have to be 1/2' in order for you to be able to put it through your ear.

- I'm at a 9/16 right now and I am trying to make the jump to 5/8. Is this a good products to help weigh down and help stretch out my lobes to be able to make the jump?
