"This one is basically just a standard retainer in the staple shape. The material is pretty neat though- it's almost like a firmer silicone, so it's easy to work with and comfortable to wear. I would say this one is nothing really special outside of the glow in the dark part, but I like it because of that (I prefer no bells or whistles in my septum jewelry)."
