Beautiful plugs but quality seems degraded
"I bought a set of these a few years ago and they were awesome! I dopped and chipped one of the gems and bought a new pair. The new pair looks great, but one of the plugs had a loose gem that rattled. Support was awesome and worked with me to get it replaced/resolved quickly. The support team rules! I receive a third set as a replacement and one of those plugs also had a loose gem. I now have 1 set that's perfect and 1 set that the gems rattle. I'm not sure if the looseness of the gem will be an issue or get looser over time, but it would be mildly annoying having them rattle in your ears all day."

Sparkly
"Love the shine! These sell out a lot for a reason. The steel Auroras look great, but the black pick up SO many colors of the rainbow. These have been my go to since they arrived about 3 weeks ago. Great price too! I have double gauges and want to get a second pair."

Pretty but noisy
"They're very pretty, but they make the most obnoxious rattling noise. The gems are not secured in place by anything within the metal tunnel (besides the front outer edge of the tunnel), so they shift around as you move and make noise. I've purchased similar styles before and was not expecting that. I could understand if it was just one, but it's both of them."
