Mistake with order

"I wear a 0 gauge plug, & I ordered 2 pair from your company recently. When they arrived one pair was a 0, but the blue honeycomb one’s were sent to me in size 7/16 (way too big for me) They happened to be my favorites too! Now here I sit with a beautiful pair of plugs that I can’t even wear, nor do I know anybody that wears that size. What can you do to help me if anything?"
