"The brass piece fell of one of the plugs within 3 days of having them. They also forced in the brass pieces in the space where brass sits in. Making the wood already cracked in 4 different places where the tunnels flare out. Normally I never have any issues with any products from Urban body Jewelry. But this one in particular is very disappointing and would like this issue too be taken care of and addressed. Thank you."
