"The first one I ordered, one of the opals fell right off as soon as I put it in my ear. I contacted someone and had a replacement sent out for free. That one broke too :(( immediately as soon as I screw the top into place the opal fell out. It’s not like I’m doing this on purpose either. I’m sad, this was super pretty…"
