"Impossible to latch, the catch is too tight. Try to loosen it a bit with pliers, now it's too loose and won't latch. Try to tighten it up just a little bit with pliers, now it's too tight and won't latch/unlatch without extreme violence. Repeat ad nauseam. Can't return it once you've opened the bag it's shipped in, can't know it doesn't work without opening the bag. Waste of money."

Was not the right size for me.

"The jewelry was of lovely quality, and it looked good. But it was too snugged inside my septum and caused me too much discomfort, and started to damage the skin; I had to get it removed after two days of wearing it. It also didn't stay in the center and often moved in a different direction whenever my face moved, which was very bothersome. Overall, it looked nice but was too small for my septum."
