"beautiful top good quality ...however the stainless steel pin + human error upon insertion = disaster the pin is fragile and yet way too bendy ... ultimately the pin broke off into the threadless labret rendering both useless ... so maybe reinforcing the pin / stronger material. Luckily and to my relief UBJ customer service is expedient patient and considerate and offered to replace both pieces ... thank you and definitely shopping here again"
